Jubilant Motorworks
Jubilant MotorWorks was incorporated in 2009, taking over the operations of Jubilant Enpro, which was till then, an importer of Audi cars into India. We started our operations as a dealer for sales, service, and spares of Audi cars as Audi Bengaluru and Audi Chennai. Today we are the largest partner for Audi India, with 14 touch points spread across three states and seven cities (Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Mumbai, and Goa).
To offer more options for our discerning customers, we also started the dealership for Maserati in Bengaluru for South India, Porsche Centre Mumbai, and Lamborghini for West India – all in 2014. However, we exited the business in 2019.
With the growing need to be in the most happening automobile spaces, we inaugurated our dealerships for Morris Garages in May 2019. We have India’s first Digital Car Studio in Bengaluru. Today we are operative in 11 touchpoints, in three cities of Karnataka (Bengaluru, Mangaluru, and Udupi).
With a vision of building Flagship brands of JMPL, The Cars Collective was set up in 2020. TCC is the used car dealership of JMPL and is currently operative in six cities in Karnataka and Maharashtra.
In 2022, Jubilant Motorworks entered the sustainable mobility space as dealer partners with world-class brands such as Altigreen Propulsion Labs and Ather Energy in Karnataka, Maharashtra, and Gujarat. Jubilant Motorworks Pvt. Ltd. is amongst the most professionally run car dealerships in India, guided by their ethics and value system, making them the preferred partners for global OEMs.

OUR DNA
Jubilant MotorWorks was incorporated in 2009, taking over the operations of Jubilant Enpro, which was till then, an importer of Audi cars into India.We started our operations as a dealer for the sales, service and spares of Audi cars as Audi Bengaluru and Audi Chennai. We grew to be the biggest dealer partner for Audi in terms of both the number of cars sold and the revenue from Sales and Service. As part of our growth plan, we started operations at Audi Mangalore in 2013. After establishing our foothold in South India, we ventured to the West, and acquired Audi Pune in 2014. Audi Pune has the largest Audi Showroom in India and is a complete 3S facility.

Amit Jain
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Amit Jain joined Jubilant MotorWorks in October 2018, first as Director – Audi Business and then took over as the CEO in March 2019.
Amit is a thorough bred automobile professional with over 20 years of work experience. A Gold Medallist in BE (Mechanical) from North Gujarat University, Amit in his last role was AMP Group’s Chief Executive Officer. Amit has an MBA from KJ Somaiya Institute, Mumbai University. Having started his career with OEMs such as Hero Honda, Ford and Daimler Chrysler, Amit has excellent experience in working on both the sides of table – OEM and Retail Operations. He led the turnaround at the Mercedes-Benz dealership in Mumbai in his capacity as CEO. He also conceptualised and founded India’s first and only Supercar club, ClubTorque. He has versatile experience in strategic marketing and is an excellent executor of new and innovative concepts. He is a firm believer in the transformational prowess of digital tools in businesses and is convinced that automotive industry is undergoing a disruption which most traditional businesses don’t understand.
Snehasish Bhattacharya
VP - HR
Snehasish joined us at the Vice President - Human Resources in Nov 2017. Snehasish holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Science and a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from NIPM, Kolkata.
Prior to joining us, Snehasish was associated with M/s. VLCC, Gurgaon, as HR Business Partner - Products Business.
Snehasish is a competent and people oriented professional with over 22 years of experience in strategic and operational human resource management and Industrial Relations across leading telecom, hospitality and manufacturing industries.
Manoj Kumar Agarwal
CFO
Manoj Kumar Agarwal took over the reign as the group’s CFO in July 2020.
Manoj is a Chartered Accountant by profession. Prior to joining us, Manoj was associated with Nilgiris Dairy Farm Pvt. Ltd. as their Chief Financial Officer, handling financial accounts of its business entities across India.
He holds 19 years of professional experience across multiple industries in the areas of finance, business partnering, strategic planning & budgeting along with accounting & commercial operations. Starting his career in the year 2001 with ACC limited, Manoj has had successful stints with companies like Hajji Hassan Group (Bahrain), Britannia Industries and Café Coffee Day.
