Snehasish holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Science and a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from NIPM, Kolkata. Prior to joining us, Snehasish was associated with M/s. VLCC, Gurgaon, as HR Business Partner - Products Business. Snehasish is a competent and people oriented professional with 22+ years of experience in strategic and operational human resource management and Industrial Relations across leading telecom, hospitality and manufacturing industries.
He started his career in the year 1993 and has had successful stints with the top Companies like The Park Hotels, Intercontinental – The Grand Hotels, Bharti Airtel Ltd and Ooredoo Myanmar Ltd. In his stint with Airtel he has successfully handled large scale projects of restructuring, mergers and transitions involving a minimum of 5000 employees in each project. One of his key strengths is his ability to lead and manage change, seamlessly. With Ooredoo, he created an HR structure and organization from the ground up, in a very tough market environment like Myannmar.

Idea Cellular Ltd, as a Sales Head (Associate Vice President) Tamilnadu & Chennai heading the entire Sales operations along with the upcountry markets. Sunil is a target oriented professional with 20 years of experience in Business Planning, Direct Sales and Marketing Strategy, Customer Life cycle Management, Key Accounts Management and Operations Management. He started his career in the year 1997 and had successful stints with some of the companies like Avery India Ltd, Modi Xerox Ltd, Virgin Mobile Ltd and a long career with Bharti Airtel ltd. An achiever all throughout, he has several laurels to his credit which includes his effort in achieving the annual target in 6 months. He also developed a new channel of business in Bangalore for direct sales associates and he was recognized for increasing monthly customer acquisition by 5 times in 1 year when working with Bharti Airtel Ltd.
